Three collaboration rooms are located on the second floor of the HCC. Each room contains a flat-panel display and a PC computer. Users may use the local computer to work collaboratively on the display, or they may hook up their own laptop computers via VGA or HDMI connection.
Room 211 holds up to 8 people around the table; rooms 212 and 213 can each accommodate 6 people.
HCC meeting spaces are limited to two bookings per person, per day. Student organizations may request additional time for events via Student Activities and Engagement’s event request process. Faculty and staff may reserve additional time for events using the 25Live Event Form.
