Information Technology Offices
Several units of the University’s Department of Information Technology are housed in the Convergence Center:

- Network & Communication Services
This group handles the management of the wired and wireless network as well as internet service in academic, athletic and administrative buildings. They also administer university email and telephone systems. - IT Business Office
This office is responsible for budget, procurement and contract administration for the IT department. They handle the receiving, tagging and inventory of IT hardware. - Data Center Services
Administration of the university’s centralized servers is performed by this group. They are also responsible for the safe and secure storage and backup of university data. - IT Security
This office provides a comprehensive Information Security program to safeguard university enterprise data and systems. This includes education, awareness and outreach to the university community to insure a safe and secure technology environment.
